Did you know that there’s an international organisation that spies on pizzerias to make sure they’re making “real” pizza?

In this week’s edition of The English Breakfast, you’ll read a true story about a pizza school in Naples and its global mission to protect one of Italy’s most famous exports.

Read the short article and then decide if the statements below are true or false.

Statements:

1. The AVPN is based in Naples and trains people to make authentic Neapolitan pizza.

2. All pizzas must be cooked for at least 10 minutes.

3. The AVPN sends secret agents to check if pizzerias follow the rules.

4. You can become an AVPN pizzaiolo by filling out a form.

5. A pizzeria in Japan was removed from the AVPN list for breaking the rules.
