I'm so excited about this!

...and also a little bit scared 😅

The English Workout 💪

Hi there,

Welcome back to the The English Workout. The weekly newsletter from ChatBubble that helps professionals learn the English skills they need to succeed. 💼

I have some super exciting news!

After teaching English for more than ten years, I’ve noticed a lot of my students often have the same problem: Understanding native speakers.

A reason for this is because native English speakers often use phrases and idioms that even advanced English learners find confusing. For example.

English learners would say:

  • I sometimes listen to podcasts.

  • I’ll do it eventually.

  • It was surprising

Native English speakers would often say:

  • I listen to podcasts every now and again.

  • I’ll do it sooner or later.

  • It caught me off guard.

So, I wrote a book to teach you 99 of the most common phrases, just like the ones above, that will help you understand native speakers in conversation.

I’d love to hear what you think of it! Leave a review on Amazon or reply to this email. I can’t wait to read your feedback.

OK that’s enough shameless self-promotion. Let’s get back to the newsletter…
