Come valutare opzioni in un meeting - Business English For Italian Professionals
Good morning!
"Alright, team, today we’re deciding on the next big perk for our employees. We’ve got three solid options: gym memberships, extra vacation days, or free snacks in the office. All of them have equally high appeal, but we need to pick the best one.
Now, gym memberships would be invaluable for keeping our team healthy, and a healthy team means fewer sick days. But is it worth way more than an extra week off to relax? I’m not so sure.
Some of you argue that gym memberships are as valuable as vacation days because both improve well-being. Fair point. But let’s be honest—an extra week in the Maldives sounds every bit as important as an hour on the treadmill.
And then there’s the snack option. Unlimited snacks are fun, but they’re nowhere near as appealing as a holiday in Italy. Let’s face it, free granola bars can’t compete with a beach.
If we’re talking about long-term impact, extra time off is infinitely more beneficial than a vending machine full of protein bars. It’s also the most effective in keeping employees happy.
So, extra vacation days it is! Now, let’s discuss the real issue: should they be taken all at once or spread throughout the year?"
Hai visto tutte e otto le frasi? Ora vediamo se conosci il loro significato! Riesci ad abbinarle (1-8) ai significati (A-H)? Dai, proviamoci!
