Let me guess…
You really want to speak English fluently.
You want to understand your foreign friends and colleagues.
You want to feel confident and ready to speak English at work.
What if I told you that you could achieve this in just 2 minutes a day? 🤯
How? Well, you might have already seen my video on how to create meaningful and achievable goals using the SMART approach (watch it here if you haven’t seen it yet), but today I wanted to share this other incredible piece of advice with you.
I came across (=found by chance) an interesting chapter in a book I’m reading right now about creating small habits in your life that lead to big changes (the book’s called Atomic Habits by James Clear) and I found a video for you that summarises the main idea.
How is this applicable to you? Well, it suggests you can learn anything with just two minutes of study every day. Including English!
Sound good?
Watch the video from 1 min 20 secs to find out how.
Test your understanding by answering true or false to the following statements (Reply to this email with your answers):
You have to simplify any task down to two minutes or less. - True / False
At first the technique seems stupid. - True / False
Studying for just 2 minutes a day helps you to become the kind of person who studies every day. - True / False
A habit needs to be expanded upon before it is established. - True / False
